La Peer was developed with Looop’s strategic partner HQ Development. Neatly situated where West Hollywood and Beverly Hills meet, between Santa Monica Boulevard and the ever-evolving Melrose Avenue, La Peer is truly exceptional in its design. La Peer has been given new life with a hip "industrial-meets-executive office" design.
